Zoom Business Edition

The program requires Microsoft Office to be installed prior to installing it, otherwise it will not work. After installing MS Office and Zoom Business Edition, the user should select the locations where the PowerPoint files are stored. If there are many of them, one can simply select the entire drive to be scanned for PPT files. At the end of the scanning process, Zoom Business Edition will clearly display the contents of any PowerPoint presentation using a preview window. This will allow the user to easily and quickly find a desired presentation without even looking at its name.

Each found presentation can have its own label, for making it easier to organize and can also be saved as a PDF file. The program is virtually compatible with any kind of presentation, even with the ones created using the newest version of PowerPoint. The list of labels can be exported as a file, for reusing it later on, in case the program needs reinstalling.
